Mediation is now a required procedure in the Gauteng Division of the High Court. Without a Mediation Report issued by an Accredited Mediator, litigation attorneys are unable to apply for a Court date for the hearing of a matter.

Accredited Mediators have now assumed a new importance in the litigation procedure of the Gauteng Division of the High Court.
